A certain Elden Ring player, who goes by “Let Me Solo Her”, has received a special gift from developers From Software and Bandai Namco.
If you’ve spent any time looking at Elden Ring related content online, you’ll probably know about Let Me Solo Her. He’s a borderline naked warrior with a jar on his head, and he wields two blades. And he became infamous in the community after he started helping players fight a particular boss in the game.
In Elden Ring, you can summon players to help you fight bosses. Let Me Solo Her was dedicated to fighting a certain endgame boss, Malenia, known for being the toughest in the game. He would solo the boss with just his two blades, and players quickly became impressed with his efforts.
Gift from Bandai Namco
It turns out the developers of the game are also pretty impressed. They sent a gift to Let Me Solo Her, or Klein Tsuboi, and they posted about it on Twitter.
They said “Thank you @BandaiNamcoUS and @ELDENRING for giving me this gift and congratulating me for being #LetMeSoloHer . I can still remember my first experience with the soulsborne series and almost quitting because of Iudex Gundyr in Dark Souls 3.
“I’m glad I persisted and went on to enjoy the game, because this community is one of the most passionate and dedicated people I’ve ever seen in a game, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”
The gift itself includes a personalised message from the team, an entire sword and cloak, a drawing of the Let Me Solo Her character and more. It even has a map of the Elden Ring world and a depiction of the infamous demigod Malenia.
All in all, it’s a pretty awesome gift and should further cement Let Me Solo Her’s impact on the game.
