It’s a fantastic time to be a Star Wars fan. Whether you’re interested in watching the new Disney+ shows or reading the expanding lore in the comics, there’s plenty for you to sink your teeth into. In addition, there are plenty of upcoming Star Wars games coming out soon that look to be absolutely spectacular.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor – Respawn Entertainment
Following on from Respawn’s work on 2019’s excellent Fallen Order, Jedi: Survivor is set for a release date in 2023. It will pick up where the last game left off, albeit with a bit of a time jump in the process.
So far, we only have one CG trailer to go off of. Fans are already picking it apart as there are plenty of clues as to what the plot may entail. Wherever Respawn decides to take the story, we can’t wait to see what it comes up with. Remember, this story is part of the official Star Wars canon!
Star Wars FPS – Respawn Entertainment
Respawn is a busy studio for Star Wars content at the minute. Not only is it developing Jedi: Survovr, but it’s also working on a Star Wars themed first person shooter. Sadly, that’s about all we know about the project so far. There’s not even a title, so we’re not sure if it’s going to be a brand new Battlefront multiplayer game or another single player offering.
This project seems to be very early in the works, so don’t expect a release date or even a trailer for quite some time. It’s super exciting, though, to know that the same people that made Titanfall might be making a similar game in Star Wars canon.
Star Wars Strategy Game – Bit Reactor
Would you look at that, it’s Respawn Entertainment again! Well, not just Respawn this time – Bit Reactor is working alongside them to develop a strategy game in the Star Wars universe. Bit Reactor is a brand new studio at EA, so it will be exciting to see what the team comes up with.
Just like the first person shooter, we have no concrete details on what this game will look like or what gameplay it will entail. There’s currently no word on a release date, nor a hint of a trailer.
